The rules for using the doodle interface. Plain-language summaries of each section appear below; counsel supplies the binding text.

Version 0.1-draft. This document is a structured draft prepared for counsel review before the TikTok production review submission. It is not yet in force.

1. Non-custodyDraft

doodle never holds your funds. Tips pass from the sender's wallet to the creator's wallet in one on-chain transaction; supporter-pin reserves sit in ownerless contracts with no administrator withdrawal. Your wallet is yours: doodle cannot access, freeze or recover it, and key export is offered when it is created.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

2. Interface and protocolDraft

The doodle contracts are public, immutable and usable without this website. These terms govern the interface only; doodle may restrict interface access at any time, and direct interaction with the contracts is outside these terms.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

3. EligibilityDraft

You must be 18 or older, not subject to sanctions, and not located in a restricted region. Which features are available where is published on this site and enforced by the interface, not by the contracts.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

4. FeesDraft

doodle charges 2% of each tip, retained in the same transaction. Where supporter pins are available, the trading fee is 1.5% of which 1.0% goes to the creator, 0.4% to doodle and 0.1% to a referrer slot. Live parameters and their code-enforced caps are listed at /legal/fees.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

5. Prohibited conductDraft

  • Wash trading, sybil rings and coordinated funding clusters
  • Market manipulation, impersonation and scraping
  • Circumventing regional restrictions
  • A creator trading their own pin from any wallet

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

6. Interface-level enforcementDraft

doodle may delist content from the feed, remove features, revoke verification or decline to sponsor transaction fees. None of these actions can move or freeze funds.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

7. No investment advice, no fiduciary dutyDraft

Nothing on doodle is investment advice. Supporter pins can lose all value; there is no promise of profit or price. Risk disclosures shown in the product, including buy pauses and stablecoin issuer freezes, are part of these terms.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

8. Third-party services and TikTok dependencyDraft

Login, funding and cash-out are provided by third parties under their own terms. doodle works with your TikTok account through TikTok's developer platform, is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, and TikTok functionality may be withdrawn; on-chain links, markets and tips persist regardless.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

9. Your contentDraft

You grant doodle a licence to display memos and pin titles you submit. doodle hosts no video. DMCA notices go to the designated agent named in the final terms.

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liabilityDraft

Placeholder: final wording to be supplied by counsel (docs/13 §10, W4/W6 memos).

12. EU/UK consumer addendumDraft

Mandatory local consumer law is preserved for EU/EEA and UK consumers: courts of your residence, no arbitration or class waiver, and the 14-day withdrawal right where a paid service is sold.
